We will have many questions about what you envision for the gift wrapping and understanding the spirit of the gift recipient. We would like to know...

• How Many Gifts You Would Like Wrapped
• What is the size of the Gifts (Measurements & Photos will be very helpful)
• Do the gift items need to be prepared before they are wrapped? Tags or plastic wrapping removed for example.
• Do you need a box?
• What are these gifts celebrating?
• Tell us about the person or people whom are receiving these gifts.
• Is there a theme?
• Will supplies need to be special ordered? See below for more details.
• Do you need us to write the tags for you. What would you like written on those tags?
• Are they any preferences for paper, ribbon or embellishments? We have both complimentary and premium gift dressing available.
• What are your discretionary needs? Do you have social media requirements?
• Anything else that may be of importance.

• Review the agreement carefully.
• Add or correct any details, if needed.
• Sign and return the agreement by email.
• Submit your 50% booking deposit.

Your appointment date and time are reserved only after we have received both your signed Booking Agreement and your 50% deposit.

If your project requires specialty wrapping paper, ribbon, gift boxes, or other custom materials, additional lead time may be needed to source and receive these items.

Because these supplies are ordered specifically for your project:

• Full payment for special-order supplies is required before they are purchased.
• Payments for custom-ordered supplies are non-refundable once the order has been placed and cannot be cancelled with the supplier.

• A hard surface of sufficient height to work on such as a table or counter-top. A couch, coffee table, bed or the floor is not suitable.
• Minimum space requirement is at least 4ft wide by 2ft deep. For more efficiency in gift wrapping a 6ft wide space would be better, and 8ft is optimal. The more space we have the less stopping to shift things around or moving items off and onto the workspace.
• The workspace is brightly lit. Natural light is best
• Outlets are close to the workspace
• Access to Wi-Fi if custom design elements are being created in -situ and we are using our Cricut and embossing machines.

Arrangements such as hotel accommodations, vehicle rentals, and airfare, train, or bus transportation

You may choose either of the following options:

• We can arrange the travel accommodations on your behalf.
• You are welcome to make the travel arrangements.

When we arrange travel, the full travel cost must be paid before reservations are confirmed. These expenses are non-refundable once bookings have been made and cannot be cancelled or refunded by the travel provider.
